Iqsom's Web Site is an Interactive Multimedia Presentation About Your Medical Practice.

The Home Page is the centerpiece of your site and the first page accessed by visitors. Your Home Page consists primarily of an Image Map - a graphical collage of medical photography, site navigation functions and illustrations. The name and logo of the practice or organization will appear in the Image Map along with the address, telephone numbers and a brief practice description.

Note -- Important information regarding customer-supplied photography: Your website will look most effective when it includes pictures of your staff, facilities and equipment. Iqsom uses best available scanning technologies when adapting photos for the web. We offer free image enhancement services (if required) to correct photographs or remove unwanted items in a picture. If you intend to provide your own photography and do not currently have professional graphics images, we will help you to select an appropriate picture to be used in the interim. We'll be pleased to update your site for free when your photography is available.

This page provides contact information about your office. In addition, an online questionnaire is displayed that visitors complete to schedule an appointment or request additional information about your practice. Information is sent directly and securely to your dedicated e-mail account.

This page provides a privacy policy and a legal statement regarding the terms of use of your website. Included among other important liability limitations is a specific statement advising visitors that the information provided on your website is not to be used as a a substitute for medical advice.

This page provides an on-screen map to your facilities. The map includes an interactive link where visitors are able to increase or decrease the detail level and receive driving directions to your location. Maps and driving directions are printable.

We also provide interactive map where your visitors will be able to get driving directions to and from your office.

The Maps Page is a tremendous time-saver for both patients and staff. Your staff members can use it to advise patients of the office location over the phone or by fax.

Insurance Information Page

The Insurance Page provides visitors with information regarding the HMO insurers and other subscription plans with whom you participate.

The page can include graphical logos of the insurers (if available) and links to an insurer's website.

Policies Page

This page explains the practice's policies including billing and co-payment, insurance acceptance (Medicare & Medicaid), new-patient acceptance, cancellations, telephone calls, referral policies, credit cards, financing, etc.

Medical Procedures Page

Provides information on the medical procedures and treatments that your practice offers. Descriptions of each procedure with links to additional information sources are provided for visitors.

Practice Details Page

This page provides a detailed description of your practice or organization. Use this page to explain the organization's history, its mission and an overview of services. List your specialties, procedures, treatments, surgery, techniques, facilities and equipment.

The Practice Details Page is one of the best pages to enhance with photography or illustrations. Choose from Iqsom's extensive Photo Gallery or provide your own artwork.

Staff Directory Page

The Staff Directory Page provides a helpful list of your organization's staff members which include thier:

The names, titles and departments
Telephone numbers & extensions, e-mail addresses.
Scheduled availability (hours)
Areas of responsibility.

Visitors use the Staff Directory to identify which individuals to speak with when scheduling appointments, addressing billing questions, following up test results, etc. Pharmacists and other medical associates will know whom to contact for clarification on Rx's and other concerns.

Physician Profile Page

Each physician in the practice is provided with their own Physician Profile Page which details the professional and personal biography of the practitioner.

Professional credentials and licensing information.
Hospital admitting privileges and on-call hours.
Educational background, internship and residency training.
Board certifications and professional memberships.
Memberships and professional affiliations.
Specialty experience and credentialing.

Staff Profiles Page

The Staff Profiles Page is used in either of two ways, or as a combination of both:

Group Profile - Provides an overall description of the organization's or a department�s personnel including a group photograph of staff members.
Individual Staff Biographies - Depending upon the size of your organization, Individual Staff Biographies may be listed instead of a Group Profile.
Combinations - A combination of the above. Example: An associate with paramedical training might have an Individual Staff Profile; departments and other associates might be included within a Group Profile.
